COLE PEARSON

Jared Cole Pearson, also known as Cole, is a fitness enthusiast originally from Brooklyn, New York, with Haitian immigrant roots. Inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger's portrayal of Conan the Barbarian, he started his fitness journey at a young age, initially fibbing about his age to join a gym.

Despite being caught, he was granted membership due to his determination. Rather than calling himself a personal trainer, Cole prefers the title of Coach, as he approaches training like a teacher-coach working with athletes. He aims to share his knowledge to enhance his clients' overall quality of life and help them reach their physical potential. 

His guiding principle is "The mind leads, the body heeds, and the rest follows.

JOSELIN RODRIGUEZ

Iwas born in Mérida, Venezuela, but now call Queens, New York my home. I come from a wonderful Colombian and Venezuelan family, which I share with my twin sister. My upbringing was deeply rooted in strong values, love, and a profound emphasis on family, authentic friendships, and nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit.

 At 15 years old, I found my passion for a healthy lifestyle, focusing on inner well-being. While pursuing a modeling career in New York's Top Model Latina competition, I discovered the harsh realities of glamour, leading to a pivotal realization. I became a certified health coach and personal trainer at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition after experiencing the drawbacks of strict diets. This marked the start of a transformative journey, where I realized the need for lasting health solutions, especially as a mother to a 4-year-old boy. 

Through adaptation and experimentation, I reshaped my nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle, ultimately discovering the essence of my system: Discover, Adapt, Achieve, and Maintain (DAAM).

My mission is clear - to positively impact the health of 1 million individuals through the power of DAAM.

Meet OUR TRAINERS.

SHISIR RANA

Shisir Rana, a 26-year-old hailing from Nepal, holds the distinction of being Nepal’s first and only male IFBB professional, as well as a NASM-certified personal trainer. With 9 years of training and 6 years in personal training, his fitness journey has been both rewarding and transformative.

His ultimate ambition is to compete in and win the Mr. Olympia title, aiming to set a new standard in bodybuilding excellence. His fitness journey began from personal challenges; growing up, he was constantly fat-shamed and ridiculed by peers, which fueled his determination for significant change.

This transformative journey not only reshaped his physique but also made him a symbol of fitness inspiration for many. His passion for personal training is driven by a desire to positively impact the lives of those eager for change.

  He firmly believes in the mantra, “Believe to achieve,” emphasizing that determination and the right guidance can help anyone realize their potential and achieve fitness goals. 

As a personal trainer, he is committed to guiding others towards their dreams, reinforcing the idea that anything is achievable with the right mindset and dedication. 

His experience stands as a testament to the power of self-belief and hard work, dedicated to helping others discover their strength and achieve their fitness aspirations.
